| 概要 | The relationship among dopamine, protein phosphatase 1 (PP1) and N+-K+-ATPase activities was evaluated in rat renal proximal tubules. The inhibitory effect of dopamine on N+-K+-ATPase activity is not regulated by PP1 activity. The ability of a dopamine agonist to inhibit PP1 activity in brain striatum and in medullary thick ascending limb, but not in proximal tubules, suggests differential organ and nephron segment regulation of PP activity. |
